We’re stuck between two ways of positioning this. Right now we’re exploring two possible positioning angles:
- A research assistant that helps teams run faster interviews and synthesize insights
- A decision clarity tool that helps founders reduce ambiguity before shipping
The current UI direction leans toward simplicity and guided flows, but we’re unsure whether the product should feel more like a “smart assistant” or more like a “thinking framework.”
