Accessibility

Last updated: March 2026 Our commitment Reboound aims to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where practicable, and we improve accessibility as we ship new features. Conformance status We have not formally certified WCAG 2.1 AA conformance for the entire Service. This statement describes our current practices and known limitations. What we do - **Semantic structure** — Legal and informational pages use a single main heading (h1) per page and structured body text. Interactive surfaces use components intended to expose appropriate roles and labels. - **Keyboard use** — Core flows are designed to be operable with a keyboard where we control the implementation. - **Focus** — Interactive controls use visible focus styles aligned with our design tokens. - **Color and contrast** — We use a token-based palette with attention to contrast for text and controls in light and dark themes. - **Theme** — Users can match system appearance or choose light/dark mode where the UI exposes theme controls. - **Forms** — Settings and auth-related forms associate labels with inputs. - **Images** — Where users add images, we support text alternatives where the product provides fields or guidance for describing media. Assistive technologies We test periodically with common browser and assistive technology combinations. Compatibility varies by platform, browser version, and AT version. Known limitations - **User-generated content** — Posts, comments, and profile content are created by users. Alt text, heading structure inside rich text, and link text may be inconsistent. - **Third-party content** — Sign-in or other flows that pass through external providers follow those providers’ accessibility. - **Complex widgets** — Some interactive patterns (menus, dialogs, composite components) may occasionally have gaps; please report specific issues so we can prioritize fixes. - **Link previews and embeds** — Preview cards and external links depend on third-party sites and may not meet the same accessibility standard as our own UI. Feedback and support If you encounter a barrier on Reboound or have suggestions to improve accessibility, contact us at [accessibility@your-domain.com] or use the general contact on our Imprint page. Please include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and your browser and assistive technology if relevant. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within a reasonable time and to propose timelines for substantive fixes when possible. Formal complaints (EEA/UK) In some jurisdictions you may have the right to escalate accessibility concerns to a public body. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Policy updates We may update this statement when our practices or the product change. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
